1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PromptForge Studio. By accessing the Marketplace, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from publishing prompts that are malicious, illegal, or violate the safety guidelines of AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
3. No Warranty
PromptHub provides its platform "as is." We do not guarantee the performance or accuracy of AI-generated results derived from prompts found on our platform.
4. Monetization
If you sell prompts on PromptHub, you agree to the platform fee structure. Payouts are handled via secondary payment processors and are subject to their specific terms.
